Booking Sessions:

Booking a session is fairly simple. Please go through the information provided about cancellations, locations, being late, and turnaround times before using the BOOK NOW button on the home screen. After you've finished reading that, select the session you want to book, read the material provided, and set a date. Following that, I will contact you for additional planning. You then will pay a $15 deposit and it just be paid within 2 hours of you booking your appointment. If you fail to do this, your appointment may be canceled.

Cancellations:

If you need to reschedule for any reason, please give us 24-48 hours notice. If you need to reschedule, you must do so within 90 days of your original appointment date or your deposit/full session retainer will be forfeited.

On Location :

Please keep in mind that our portrait sessions are on-location, which means that we are at the mercy of the weather. If inclement weather occurs, I will try my best to give you enough warning so that we can reschedule at a time that is convenient for both of us. If the conditions allow, we might move our schedule forward or backward, or look into indoor site options. Keep in mind that there may be a price associated with certain locations!

Policy of Lateness :

It is critical that you arrive on time and prepared to begin your session. Please remember that time has been set aside, so please be courteous. I'd give anything for our time together to be productive. We will lose time if we arrive late and unprepared. If you are 15-30 minutes late, you will be charged $30.00, which must be paid before production on your session album can begin. If you are later than 30 minutes, your session and fee may be forfeited. When scheduling Make-Up and Hair Appointments, please keep this in mind.
